OK I really suck at rotations! I keep trying to plug away one day I'll get 'er done!
I came across a blog The Shredheads and for the month of September they're doing a 30 Day Shred rotation. Everyone is doing their own thing. Some will do 30DS for 30 consecutive days others will alternate with other cardio/workouts, etc.
So I think I can commit 20 minutes a day for a month to do this. Plus I've been watching The Biggest Loser on Hulu Plus so that's getting me ready for the season premiere September 21st.
So I plan on doing Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 10 days and Level 3 10 days. I might add additional cardio as well :)

Week 33
OK for Bob's Week One Rotation I have:
Sunday--Rest
Monday--Workout 2 on the Strength and 64 push ups
Tuesday--Rest
Wednesday--Workout 2 on Cardio and 74 push ups
Thursday--Yoga Workout 2
Friday--Rest
Saturday--Bob's Workout #1 and 85 push ups
The rotation didn't name the workout so I'm don't know the names yet and meant to look at the DVDs to do it and never got around to it this weekend. So I'll update as I do them :)

Bob Rotation
I recently decided to order Bob Harper's workouts Inside Out Method. I was going to be good and stick to Jillian but I have to do them! So I'm going to go ahead and get some Bob beatings going :).
This is scheduled to take me through 09.11. So we'll see if I survive Bob :)

BL6 Day 1
Tonight I had 30 Day Shred Level 2 and 50 push ups.
I'm doing the 7 weeks to 100 push ups format.
Tomorrow have No More Trouble Zones on deck. Pray for me during the surrenders!

Biggest Loser #6
Well we're starting out BLC #6 today :). I decided to clear the others out again so we'll start fresh again and *hopefully* stay consistent this time!
I'll get through this eventually!
So this is running August 2nd to October 31st.
I'm starting out with a Jillian rotation for August and if I have the moola get Bob's workouts this pay period and do that September at least and then I'll see what I'll do for October :).
I was to do my first Jillian workout yesterday but never got to it so will either do it my rest day this week or put it at the end of the rotation.
